Please choose a selection of three canapés if they are to proceed a dinner party


Cold items:      

Spicy gazpacho soup shots (served in shot glasses) with creme Fraiche and cracked black pepper (V)

Smoked chicken mousse and tarragon on crostini

Mozzarella, kalamata olive, basil and cherry tomato skewers (V)

Parma ham and fig skewers with a balsamic glaze

Smoked salmon blinis with chopped chives and a lime creme fraiche

Smoked salmon roulade, with salmon and dill mousse, served on spoons

Homemade chicken liver pate with slivers of gherkin on a garlic croute

Smoked chicken, parmesan biscuit, red pesto, lemon balm

Crispy Basil cup, boccacini, sunblushed tomato, pesto (V)

Mini Yorkshire pudding, with roasted rib of beef, horseradish (£)

Poached crayfish tail with caviar, salsa verde, served on spoons (£)

Caramelised foie gras toasts with redcurrant jelly, microherbs (£)


Hot items:      

Chicken skewers marinated in Cajun spice and lemon, with warm mango

Grilled chorizo sausage, red onion, and roasted red pepper skewers (mini)

Sweet Potato Rosti/Latkes with a mango salsa (V)

Mini Cumberland sausages with glazed honey and mustard

Warm blue stilton tartlets with plum and brambly apple chutney (V)

Mini caramelised red onion and goats cheese tarts with lemon thyme (V)

Grilled haloumi cheese wrapped in Parma ham with lemon and rocket

Pan fried tiger prawn tails marinated in lime, chilli and garlic, on spoons

Seared salmon marinated in lime and ginger with a dill hollandaise

Teriyaki fillet of dry aged beef with black sesame and roasted pepper (£)

Warm grilled lobster tail, hollandaise, tomato concasse (£) 


Dessert Canapés:     

(Dessert Canapés are only served if you are having a purely canapé party)

Mini Lemon and vanilla panacotta in coloured shot glasses

Mini chocolate and hazelnut brownies

Mini bakewell tart squares

Mini baked lemon and chocolate cheesecake with a berry compote

Mini sticky toffee pudding with toffee sauce served on spoons

Classic Eton mess served in shot glasses

Vegetarians, vegans and other dietary requirements can easily be catered for, please enquire on booking

(£) Supplement cost at cost price and current market value

Waiting staff can accompany the chef for a fee from £100 plus travel (depending on distance)
