Six Course Taster Menu Autumn/Winter  2025/26

Please note, that this menu can be adapted to suit your requirements.

Pre-dinner canapés

(not part of the six course taster menu, please enquire if interested)

Homemade sourdough and butter - optional

​​

Amuse Bouche:

Roasted butternut, charred shallot and cumin soup, coconut yogurt (V)

​

Starter:

Individual goats cheese and caramelised red onion tarts, mixed leaves, balsamic (V)

​

Fish course:

Market fresh grilled seabass, chickpea and baby spinach rogan josh

​

Sorbet:

Lemon infused sorbet, mint

​

Main course:

Char grilled butterflied chicken, lemon thyme, tomato jus

OR

Panfried dry aged fillet of beef, pink peppercorn sauce, lemon balm (£)

 

Please note:

All main course items are served with a potato dish and seasonal vegetables

​

Please let chef know which main course you would like.

​

Dessert:

Sticky toffee pudding, sticky toffee sauce, vanilla ice cream, berries

 

Alternatively, we have a trio of desserts available for a price supplement (£)


Please note: If there are any people with dietary requirements or allergies, please let the chef know and an alternative course will be offered for them.
