Six Course Taster Menu for Summer  2026

Pre-dinner canapés

(not part of the six course taster menu, please enquire if interested)

Homemade sourdough and butter - optional

Amuse Bouche:

Chilled Green Gazpacho, avocado, crème fraîche

Starter:

Roasted red pepper, melted mozzarella arancini, red pesto emulsion, rocket

Fish course:

Pan fried sea bass, Thai peanut sauce, bok choi

Sorbet:

Lemon infused sorbet, mint

Main course:

Braised chicken, Chavroux goat's cheese, caramelised red onion, roasted plum tomato jus

OR
 

Deconstructed dry-aged beef wellington, wild mushroom duxcelle, Madeira jus (£)

 

Please note:

All main course items are served with a potato dish and seasonal vegetables

Please let chef know which main course you would like.

Dessert:

Cherry Bakewell tart, clotted cream, berries, mint

 

Alternatively, we have a trio of desserts available for a price supplement (£)

Please note:

This menu can be adapted to suit your requirements.

If there are any people with dietary requirements or allergies, please let the chef know and an alternative course will be offered for them.

Vegetarians, vegans and other dietary requirements can easily be catered for, please enquire on booking

(£) Supplement cost at cost price and current market value

Waiting staff can accompany the chef for a fee from £100 plus travel (depending on distance).
