Six Course Taster Menu

Six Course Taster Menu Winter 2022/23

Pre-dinner canapés (not part of the six course taster menu, please enquire if interested)
Amuse Bouche:

Roasted carrot, sweet potato, turmeric soup, herb croute (V)

Starter:

Mediterranean vegetable stack, warm goat's cheese, rocket, ginger and mandarin dressing

Fish course:

Pan fried seabass, chive and saffron hollandaise, roasted fennel, red chicory

Sorbet:

Mango sorbet, mint

Main course:

Pan fried chicken, stuffed with buffalo mozzarella, fresh basil, tomato jus, smoked parmentier potatoes, winter vegetables

OR

Char grilled beef fillet, wild mushroom velouté, smoked parmentier potatoes, winter vegetables

(This main course comes with a supplement cost of £6pp due to the high cost of fillet steak)

 

Please let Chef know which main course you would like.

Dessert:

Warm Sticky toffee pudding, toffee sauce, caramel ice cream

Alternatively, we have a trio of desserts available for a price supplement (£)



Please note: If there are any people with dietary requirements or allergies, please let the chef know and an alternative course will be offered for them.

Homemade sourdough and butter is available as an optional extra, at £10 for the table

Waiting staff can accompany the chef for a fee from £80 plus travel (depending on distance)
