We are looking for experienced chefs with the minimum level of Sous chef having worked in high-end establishments, with a proven track record.
All chefs to be over 25 and be able to work under their own initiative and display excellent client facing skills.
Waiting staff must have previous experience and be at least 18 years old.
All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
