Classic Barbecue Menu

Please note that this is for a minimum of 20 guests. 

Burger Bar

Homemade beef burgers with fresh chilli and tarragon (for the adults)

Grilled sausages with sauté onions and thyme 

Burger buns, sausage rolls, ketchup, Dijon mustard and assorted tomato relishes

Sliced pickled cucumber, crunchy cos lettuce and sliced vine tomatoes

Vegetarian :

BBQ large portobello mushrooms and red peppers with grilled haloumi cheese and red pesto (V)


Salads and sides :

Summer slaw salad 

(marinated white and red cabbage with roasted macadamia nuts, mango, soya, coriander and chilli flakes with sesame oil)

Roasted broccoli and baby onion salad with garlic and fresh herbs

Sweet potato gratin (sliced warm baked sweet potato with double cream and garlic, fresh herbs)


Desserts :

Tropical fruit salad with cream

Mini chocolate and hazelnut brownies with a Mars Bar chocolate sauce

Vegetarians, vegans and other dietary requirements can easily be catered for, please enquire on booking

(£) Supplement cost at cost price and current market value

Waiting staff can accompany the chef for a fee from £100 plus travel (depending on distance)
