Amuse Bouche

Roasted plum tomato and charred red pepper soup, basil oil, croute

 

Starter

Pear, roasted fennel, walnut, rocket, ginger and mandarin dressing

 

Third course

Thai spinach, sauté red onion, chickpea green curry, saffron rice

 

Sorbet

Lemon sorbet, mint

 

Main course

Wild mushroom and tarragon pithivier, roasted sweet potato, lemon thyme, baby vegetables

 

Dessert

Caramelised pineapple, toasted coconut, berry compote, freeze dried raspberries, mango sorbet

Waiting staff can accompany the chef for a fee from £80 plus travel (depending on distance)
