
Six Course Taster Menu Spring/Summer 2024
Pre-dinner canapés
(not part of the six course taster menu, please enquire if interested)
Homemade sourdough and butter - optional
Amuse Bouche:
Gazpacho soup, lime creme fraiche
Starter:
Crispy salad with pear, candied walnuts, goats cheese, honey & mustard dressing
Fish course:
Pan fried seabass, wilted bok choi, sesame, sweet chilli and ponzu
Sorbet:
Lemon infused sorbet, mint
Main course:
Chargrilled peri peri chicken, roast sweet potato, lemon thyme, seared peppers
OR
Pan fried dry aged beef fillet, marsala jus, smoked parmentier potatoes, seasonal vegetables
Please let chef know which main course you would like.
Dessert:
Dark chocolate mousse, crushed meringue, wild berry compote, lemon balm
Alternatively, we have a trio of desserts available for a price supplement (£)
Please note:
This menu can be adapted to suit your requirements.
If there are any people with dietary requirements or allergies, please let the chef know and an alternative course will be offered for them.
