Six Course Taster Menu Winter 2021/22

Pre-dinner canapés (not part of the 6 course taster menu, please enquire if interested)

Amuse Bouche:

Roasted carrot, sweet potato and turmeric soup, coconut yogurt

Starter:

Charred red pepper, goats’ cheese, frittata, mixed leaves, honey and mustard dressing

Fish course:

Teriyaki Scottish salmon, sesame, sweet chili stir fried vegetables

Sorbet:

Mango sorbet, mint

Main course:

Deconstructed beef wellington, rioja jus, roast duck fat parmentier potatoes, seasonal vegetables, grain mustard

Dessert:

Dark chocolate fondant, chantilly cream, berries, raspberry coulis

Alternatively, we have a trio of desserts available for a price supplement (£)


Please note: If there are any people with dietary requirements or allergies, please let the chef know and an alternative course will be offered for them.

Vegetarians, vegans and other dietary requirements can easily be catered for, please enquire on booking

(£) Supplement cost at cost price and current market value

Waiting staff can accompany the chef for a fee from £80 plus travel (depending on distance)
