
Six Course Taster Menu Autumn/Winter 2023/24
Pre-dinner canapés
(not part of the six course taster menu, please enquire if interested)
Homemade sourdough and butter - optional
Amuse Bouche:
Roasted sweet potato, carrot and turmeric soup, coconut yogurt (V)
Starter:
Wild mushroom arancini, garlic and herb aioli, mixed leaves (V)
Fish course:
Pan fried seabass, dill hollandaise, roasted fennel and red onion, lemon balm
Sorbet:
Lemon infused sorbet, mint (V)
Main course:
Chicken Milanese (crumbed chicken), shaved parmesan, winter vegetables, pomme purée, lime beurre blanc
Or
Chargrilled Cotswold beef fillet, pink peppercorn sauce, parmentier potatoes, vegetables
(This main course comes with a supplement cost of £6.00pp)
Please let chef know which main course you would like.
Dessert:
Sticky toffee pudding, sticky toffee sauce, vanilla ice cream, berries
Alternatively, we have a trio of desserts available for a price supplement (£)

This menu can be adapted to suit your requirements.
If there are any people with dietary requirements or allergies, please let the chef know and an alternative course will be offered for them.
